Rhonda has developed an integrative approach to WELLNESS that has never been seen before in one 6 week program!
YOU will be one of a group of 7 people who will get the opportunity to participate in this groundbreaking program!
This ‘Wellness Team’ will meet twice a week for an hour and a half in studio and once on the weekend for a group walk.
The First session of the week will consist of treadmill walking while participating in a nutrition education course that focuses on inflammation reduction, gut health, hormone balancing, stress reduction (among other things)!
This session will incorporate intermittent body weight exercises and will conclude with stretching and foam rolling.
… Picture nutrition 101 (but way more fun, and with a slightly elevated heart rate.) focusing on the newest research in food science!!! We will be addressing all manners of illness from a food standpoint (metabolic dysfunction, autoimmune conditions, and brain fog to name a few)… Ultimately conquering difficulties in sleep, stress and weight management!
This is not a calories in-calories out carbon copy diet plan… This Program is for people who truly want to educate themselves and create life long habits that promote longevity and optimal quality of life! No more diets… just answers!
Session 2 will start with a 45 minute resistance based high intensity (modifications for lower intensity) exercise class combined with a 45 minute yoga class to follow.
All participants will be given homework to do for the rest of the week adhering to this approach, as well as food recommendations, recipe ideas and unlimited coaching access via texts.
There will be 1 scheduled outdoor group walk on the weekend (or whatever seems to be best for team schedule wise.)
There are no makeups for this program, it is a commitment, but make no mistake… it is a commitment you are making to yourself!!!
Rhonda has been offering this service on a private coaching basis for quite a while, and it has proven itself to be highly effective!
